Made-to-order production

Most physical products are made to order by our production and fulfillment partners. Production begins after an order is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery information may be shown during checkout or in your order confirmation, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping options and charges

The shipping methods and charges available for your destination are displayed at checkout. Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact janabsolon@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment has started.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import taxes, duties or local fees. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays, loss or damage

Carrier delays and customs processing can occur outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate.
