This online store is operated by Jan Absolon under the trade name Husky Chaos Store. By visiting the store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Store Terms and the policies linked on this website.

Eligibility and lawful use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order and must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, production methods and the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing may cause minor differences in color, placement or appearance. We may update, limit or discontinue products without notice.

Orders, prices and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including because of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, product unavailability or an inability to fulfill the order. If a paid order is cancelled, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices, discounts, taxes and shipping charges are shown before checkout where applicable.

Production and delivery

Many physical products are made to order by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Further information is available on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns, refunds and digital content

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and mandatory consumer law. Statutory rights relating to missing, defective or non-conforming products and digital content remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The store content, branding, original text, graphics, designs, photographs, video and audio are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission except where the law expressly permits it.

Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, production, fulfillment, analytics and delivery providers. Those providers may process information or provide services under their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our obligations to customers as the seller, subject to applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, interfere with its security or operation, scrape it unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the store in violation of applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers retain any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence.
